HOW CAN I HELP?
WORK TO GET YOUR JAZZ ENSEMBLE GENDER RATIO EQUAL TO YOUR CONCERT BAND RATIO
ADOPT A NEW DRESS CODE - consider revising your dress code so that all genders have the same choices. All black works well for everyone. Avoid the situation of having boys in suits and then putting girls in dresses or gowns, or asking them to wear men's suits and consider where nonbinary students fit in to your current dress code.
