Jazzhers is partnering a pilot program with Berklee College of Music to provide arranging assistance to band directors.
Do you strive to bring in non-traditional instruments into your programs to create a more inclusive jazz space?
Are you trying to build a program but don't yet have the instrumentation to fill out the standard big band charts?
Apply here for assistance with creating new parts for these students (violin, F Horn, bassoon, clarinet, oboe, etc..) or to create arrangements of tunes that work for your instrumentation this year.

“Hunter has been such a pleasure to work with this school year! He took the time to learn about my elementary Blues band and carefully considered their limitations in each arrangement he has worked on. The most valuable part is having rhythm section parts that my students can easily understand and play. Having accessible jazz charts for 5th and 6th graders is not always easy to find, Hunter made this possible! He is professional, timely and very communicative. I’m so grateful I have had the opportunity to work with Hunter, he has been an excellent resource to me and my Blue Band this year!

“Hunter’s arranging has been a huge help for me this year. Creating parts for flute, horn, and clarinet players in jazz ensemble takes time. Hunter created accurate (and visually attractive) parts with quick turnaround, freeing up that time for me to focus on other aspects of my teaching.”
