Our goal is a series  inclusive jam sessions that feature iconic jazz standards, inclusive programming of women and nonbinary composers and stretching all the way into J-jazz and video game music. Join us!

JAZZHERS JAMS for 2025-26

Past clinicians include Lauren Sevian, Tia Fuller, Alexa Tarantino, Nadje Noordhuis, Natalie Cressman, and  Christine Fawson

This year - Franklin, New Bedford, Falmouth and Wachusett Regional High Schools will be hosting one day clinics that combine an affinity-based jazz session (girls and nonbinary students) with a host school free clinic, ending with a combined jam session concert free and open to the public

For students in grades 5-8.

No prior jazz experience necessary 

Lowell - Pyne Arts Magnet School East Bridgewater - Gordon Mitchell School

Tailored specifically for younger students. If you can play a Bb major scale you are ready to join us for some fun!  Sessions let by Lisa Linde on improvisation and swing ending with a free large group concert for parents and community

ARRANGEHERS FOR BAND DIRECTORS

Creating opportunities for students on on-traditional jazz instruments is key to expanding gender representation.

Apply here for assistance with creating new parts for these students (violin, F Horn, bassoon, clarinet, oboe, etc..) or to create arrangements of tunes that work for your instrumentation this year.
